I wanted to share a single Score Rush Extended screenshot captured during beta-testing:


Score Rush Extended. 4 players. 4 hitboxes, never hidden.

Can you see what is happening?

Those are four hitboxes, still rendered despite the (very quick) blinding explosion from a boss kill.

Keep in mind this is a split-second screen capture, the game never appears this way to the gamer. Even in this split-second, we still adhere to our philosohpy of empowering the player and never letting the game be at fault for player death.
