Do One Thing at a Time

Do one thing at a time.

That is all.

Umm...

When you think about it, why are mobile phones so bad?

You are doing more than one thing at a time.

You are not concentrating on the thing you are actually doing.

To do this over and over, how can it be positive?

I saw someone walking their dog yesterday staring at thier phone.

Can you walk your dog and look at your phone at the same time?

Yes.

Should you?

No.

Everytime you look at your phone, you compromise the value in the thing you are doing.

Distractions.

And we pay for our phones. Ridiculous amounts of money. Usually borrowed money which means we are paying to pay for our phone and still paying for our phone anyway.

Drop the phone.

Don't use it for the first hour of the day or the last hour of the day. (Thanks, Jim Kwik.)

And I was just saying today how I never post my opinions on the internet.

Well... this one's for me.

That is all.
