By: Matthew Doucette (printer friendly version) Shoot'em up fans still exist. That's what we've bet on. Fans just like us. Duality ZF's April 2009 trailer, now a bit dated, has recently surpassed 30,000 YouTube views:
Duality ZF Update: Recently Xona Games attended GDC, and met with loads of publishers. Many are interested in taking Duality ZF to Xbox LIVE Arcade (XBLA), the holy grail of digital distribution for Xbox LIVE content. Most Xbox LIVE Indie Games (XBLIG) developers we have met are all trying to land similar contracts. It's difficult to impossible to do, for the average developer. Our only hope is our "intense retro" philosophy, of which the video above should clearly demonstrate, will set us apart from the rest of the crowd and help create a game worthy of XBLA consideration. We are currently creating a publisher pitch, a playable build, as well as concept artwork to showcase what Duality ZF could be, if it were to land an XBLA contract. Wish us luck!
